1) How do I place an order with you?
You may place your order with Butler's Smokehouse by:
1. Order Online - You may add any item to your shopping cart by clicking on "Add to Cart" button. When you are finished shopping, click on the "Check Out" button on the Shopping Cart page. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express on the web site.
2) How will I be billed? / How can I pay for my order?
We accept check, cash, or money orders for walk-in orders. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for all purchases online.
3) How will I be billed for shipping?
Butler's Smokehouse has different shipping and handling charges, depending on the price of your order. Click here for the shipping charges and other shipping information.
4) What is your return policy?
For now, we ask that you call us at 254-965-4561 or toll free at: 877-965-4561, and we will gladly mail or fax you the information to return your merchandise.
5) What happens if a product is out of stock or on back order?
We do our best to keep every item in stock, and we succeed 99% of the time. Butler's Smokehouse has a good track record of shipping most backorders within 2 weeks.
6) How long does it take to receive an order?
Normal shipping time is 2nd Day until Wednesday. We can ship overnight Monday through Thursday for an additional $20.00. Click here for more shipping info.
7) Will I be charged sales tax?
No, there is no sales tax on meat products..
