Butler’s Smokehouse, a USDA inspected facility
is located in Stephenville, Texas, Cowboy Capital of
the World. It has been family-owned-and-operated since
1999. Owners Micah and Lacy Butler both hold Master
of Science Degrees from Texas Tech University.
Butler’s Smokehouse offers a full line of specialty
meats and gourmet products. Our smoked meats are all
handmade from our own recipes, using only the highest
quality ingredients. We only use whole muscles in the
preparation of our sausages and jerky. We also carry
USDA Prime steaks. Our goal is to offer only the best
of eating experiences. Our recipes have won awards
at the Texas Shoot Out (Texas Fiery Foods Show 2001)
and The International Fancy Food Show (National Association
for the Specialty Food Trade 2004).
